| 摘 要： | 概述了中国森林生态效益补偿研究的发展历程和总体状况,并对研究成果进行了系统的归纳总结,包括森林生态效益补偿的涵义、理论依据、建立森林生态效益补偿机制的必要性以及关于森林生态效益补偿机制的一些主要问题。对中国森林生态效益补偿研究进行了述评,指出中国在创建有中国特色的森林生态效益补偿体系方面取得了丰硕成果,但还存在许多不足。

| Abstract: | The article summarizes the developing process and the general situation of the study on the compensation of forest ecological benefit.It generalizes systematically the study achievements,including the meaning,the theoretical basis,the necessity of founding the mechanism of the compensation of forest ecological benefit and some important problem on it,such as the acceptance,payer,the scope,the standard,the way and the practical work.Finally,the article comments the study on the compensation of forest ecological benefit in China.It put forward that we have got lots of achievements in the field of the compensation of forest ecological benefit,but it is not enough. |
