基于因子分析的环渤海地区开放型经济发展条件评价研究

环渤海经济区是我国开放型经济体系构建中的重要一环，对其开放型经济发展条件的准确把握是促进这一地区更好更快推进开放型经济进程的首要任务。以区域内各省市为研究对象，建立反映环渤海地区开放型经济发展条件的指标体系，通过运用SPSS17．0软件，采用因子分析法对这些省市的开放型经济发展条件予以评分。最终表明，北京的开放型经济发展条件最为优越，河北、天津次之，而辽宁和山东两省开放型经济发展条件尚待改善，并由此提出相应的改进对策。

Evaluation of Open Economic Development Condition of Bohai-Sea Region Based on Factor Analysis

Bohai-Sea economic zone is an important part of China＇ s open economic system. The top priority is to accurately grasp the open economic development condition to accelerate the process of open economy in the region. The paper makes a case study of provinces and cities in the region and builds the index system reflecting the open economic development condition in Bohai-Sea region. Based on factor analysis, it gives a certain number of marks to the provinces and cities concerning the open economic development condition by means of SPSS 17.0 software. The results show that Bei- jing has the most advantageous condition of open economic development, and Hebei and Tianjin ranks the second while there is room for improvement in the open economic development condition of Liaoning and Shandong. Finally, it puts forward some corresponding measures.
