| 摘 要： | 循环经济作为一种新的经济发展模式已被人们普遍接受。陕北能源产业发展循环经济是解决区域经济发展与资源开发、生态环境保护等问题的有效方式。发展循环经济要遵循"减量化、再利用、再循环"的原则;要实现微观层面即企业小循环、中观层面即产业园区内循环、宏观层面即社会大循环。

| Abstract: | The circular economy as a new economic development model has been widely accepted.Shanbei Energy Industry developing recycling economy is an effective way to address the problems of regional economic development,resource exploitation,ecological environmental protection and so on.Development of recycling economy should follow the principle of ＂ reduce,reuse,recycle＂ to realize the small cycle of enterprises in micro-level,cycle of industrial park in the medium level and that is within the loop,large circle of society in the macro level. |
