| 摘 要： | 在法学研究、法律教育和法律普及领域,应明确区分"林业法"和"林业政策"这两个概念。为了顺应林业从木材生产到生态建设的历史性转变,宜将《森林法》修改为《林业法》,并将林业法纳入环境法的部门法体系,构建科学的林业法理论体系,以适应我国林业建设和生态建设的实际需要。

| Abstract: | Forestry law should be distinguished from forestry policy in the field of legal research and education.It is appropriate to revise forest law to forestry law,bring forestry law into legal system of environmental law and perfect environmental legal system so as to conform the historical transition of forestry from timber production to ecological construction and to accommodate the need of forestry and ecological construction. |
