As a kind of corporation's financing activity,refinancing can bring about double expansion of capital and asset for book-corporation.Based on studies of Sichuan Topsoft Investment Co.,ltd' s refinancing behavior,the article pointed out two problems about financing structure and financing effect,and analyzed the exterior and interior causes of these problems.In terms of the experiences of overseas developed capital markets,in combination with the status quo in China,this article put forward some relevant policies and suggestions that could standardize Topsoft' s refinancing behavior.Make refinancing decision reasonably by improving equity structure,blazing new financing trails and doing financing feasible testify,besides,optimize the internal stipulation system and encouraging system,which can ensure effective refinance.It illuminates that government need to perfect the legal system which includes bond market,regulation on refinance and so on.It can make healthy environment for book-corporation's refinance.
