| 摘 要： | 文章首先总结了企业基因理论和产品基因理论，其次在此基础上从内涵、特征、分类和产品质量类型等方面提出了基于管理视角的产品基因理论，然后以此理论分析了供应链产品质量风险基因遗传过程，最后以乳制品供应链为例，分析了牛奶质量风险在供应链上的传导过程。 |

| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper summarizes corporate gene theory and product gene theory;secondly brings forward product gene theory in the view of management from connotation,characteristics,classification and the types of product quality,then analyzes the genetic process of products quality risk gene in supply chain,and finally,takes the dairy-product supply chain as an example,analyzes the transmission process of milk quality risk in supply chain. |
