国际贸易框架下出口国能耗-环境成本问题分析

国际贸易在一个国家的工业结构形成过程中起着重要的作用。一个经济系统生产的所有产品和服务(包括国际贸易中的)都直接或间接地与能源消耗相关。在介绍了国内外对此问题的研究方法及研究现状后,本文对国际贸易、环境和能源消耗三者之间的关系进行了综合分析。文章还结合中国的实际,指出了环境和能源消耗问题在我国国际贸易研究中的重要性,对我国国际贸易的结构调整具有学术上和政策上的参考价值。

A Research on the Problem of Energy Consumption in Exporting Countries under International Trade Framework

International trade is an important factor in shaping the industrial structure of a country. All goods and services produced in an economy are either directly or indirectly associated with energy consumption, especially for industrial use commodities in international trade. This paper summarizes the relationships of international trade, environmental pollution and energy consumption. By reviewing international literatures of using input-output techniques to evaluate energy intensiveness trade structure, and by presenting China's energy consumption and trade scenario, this paper reveals the important nature of energy intensive products sales structure.
