扩大利用外资提升福建制造业配套能力

目前福建制造业配套能力还存在着产业层次较低、技术创新能力不强、分工协作程度不高、市场辐射能力较弱等问题。福建要抓住国家支持海峡西岸发展的有利机遇,强化产业链招商,积极引导外资投向,推进开发区整合转型,加强闽台产业合作,促进内外资企业的有机对接,加快先进制造业基地的发展。

Reinforcing the Capability of Fujian Manufacturing Industry to Form a Complete System through Drawing on More Foreign Funds

There is evidence to show that foreign funds have obviously promote the development of Fujian manufacturing industry. However, it is still insufficient for it to form a complete system, owing to its low level of industry, comparatively weak technological innovation, inferior division of labor as well as cooperation, and inadequate radiation of its markets. Now that the country is in favour of the development of the economic zone on the west side of Taiwan Straits, Fujian should seize this rare opportunity to draw on more foreign funds for the development of industrial chain, pilot foreign investments, promote the integration of the open economic zone, strengthen the industrial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, link the enterprises from both sides harmoniously and accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing industry base.
