| 摘 要： | 本文分析了基层政府发展电子政务的现状,指出了农村基层政府在推进电子政务过程中出现的问题,并提出了农村基层政府发展电子政务的途径。

| Abstract: | A study of the status q uo of development in the egovernance of the county governments in China is first reported in this paper, with a focus on the problems arising in the process of egovernance practice. With a view to boosting government reforms with informationand communication technology(ICT), solutions to the prob- lems and several strategical measures for the future development in the egovernance of the county governments in China are also proposed. |
