摘    要:互联网以其迅猛的技术发展、高效的信息传播、便捷的信息获取等优势,得到了广泛的运用,渗透到了社会生活的方方面面。因此,将传统行业进行一次“互联网+”的产业升级已是大势所趋。相较于其他物业服务企业,校园物业服务企业的服务对象——在校大学生群体,具有网络操作熟练、文化素质较高等特点,因而转型压力小。“e家居”APP正是立足于学生群体,致力于打造学生与物业沟通交流的平台,在方便大学生的日常生活、提高大学生的幸福感的同时,打通校园物业服务的“最后一公里”,进而提升整个物业服务行业的水准。

Abstract:With its rapid technological development,efficient information dissemination,convenient access to information and other advantages,the internet has been widely used,penetrated into every aspect of social life.Therefore,it is an irresistible trend to carry out an"internet+"industrial upgrading in traditional industries.Compared with other property service enterprises,the service object of campus property service enterprises——college students,has the characteristics of skilled network operation and higher cultural quality,so its transformation pressure is low.Based on the student group,"E-Home"APP is committed to creating a platform for students to communicate with property.While facilitating the daily life of college students and improving the happiness of college students,it also opens up the"last mile"of campus property service,so as to improve the level of the whole property service industry.
