| 摘 要： | 健全检察机关侦查权的监督机制以规范检察机关侦查权的良性运作，是强化法律监督实现公平正义的必然要求。我国通过法律和司法解释从内部和外部对检察机关侦查权进行监督，但无论是内部监督还是外部监督都存在诸多不足，需有针对性地通过制度设计，科学地配置权力，并借助权利来制衡权力的途径，予以进一步完善。
