对中小型企业招聘风险防范的思考

摘    要:招聘是人力资源管理中关键性环节之一。招聘工作不当,使企业招不到合格员工或招到不合格员工,使企业蒙受损失。本文从招聘流程的角度,将招聘风险分为招募风险、甄选风险、录用风险三大类,分析风险产生的具体原因,提出包括选择合适的招聘人员、加强人力资源管理的基础工作、制定招聘标准、加强录用决策的跟踪监控等应对策略。

Abstract:Recruitment work is one of the key links in human resources management.Improper recruitment work will make the enterprises unable to recruit qualified staff or only recruit unqualified staff.This will make the enterprises suffer from great loss.Recruitment risks can be divided into three categories: the recruitment risk,the selection risk and the employment risk.The paper analyzes the reasons the risks coming into being,and puts forward the appropriate countermeasures in selecting the appropriate supervisors,strengthening the basic work of human resources management,regulating the recruitment criteria and enhancing the tracking and monitoring methods on recruitment.
