| 摘 要： | 成渝经济区是西部发展条件和已有基础均较好的地区，应在国家层面关注和川渝合作中，共建成渝改革试验区的繁荣。应用“椭圆城市群”城乡统筹理论，对成渝改革试验区建设的内容和目标以及面临的机遇和挑战作出新的诠释后发现，对国家“十五”提出的西部大开发“三大地带”战略以及“十一五”规划提出的主体功能区建设等要求在成渝地区的落实有了更具可操作性的界定和明晰。

| Abstract: | Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, which is a zone with better developing conditions and infrastructures, should coconstruct the prosperity of Chengdu-Chongqing Reform Experimental Zone in both the national level and the cooperation of Chengdu and Chongqing. The overall urban-rural development theory of Elliptic City Group is applied to re-explain the contents, objectives, opportunity and challenge in the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Reform Experimental Zone and to make more feasible definition and clarification of Three Regions Strategy of western development in China＇ s Tenth Five-Year Plan and subjective function region construction in China＇ s Eleventh Five-Year Plan in Chengdu-Chongqing areas |
