| Abstract: | For establishing financial management mechanism which adapts to the modern enterprises system,it should take financial budget as the precondition,set up scientific and precise cost management mechanism,preventing and early warning mechanism of finance risks and financial accountant organization which adapts to the modern enterprises' characteristics,establish intellectual benefit and talent's values conception.These can pave the way for finally realizing growing ability's maximum of the continuous payoff. |
