基于认证的服务分类研究

在全球化趋势的引领之下，服务业已经占据了经济领域中越来越重要的位置。我国服务业目前相对于发达国家还有较大差距。为了更好地发展我国服务业，缩小与发达国家的差距，适时地开展服务认证是一种可行的方法。这当然就要涉及基于认证的服务分类，目前尚未见到专门针对服务认证的服务分类进行研究的专著。国内外专家对于服务业的分类有较多的研究，并形成了一些成果。我国1985、1994和2002年3次国民经济行业分类中形成了关于服务业的分类。在我国服务业分类的基础上，针对服务认证的服务分类进行研究，建立符合服务认证要求和服务业发展的服务分类标准，有利于推动相关服务认证的发展，从而推动服务业的发展。
