摘    要:情境判断测验是一种多元结构和低度保真的情境模拟技术,旨在测评与工作绩效相关的KSAO,在实际应用中具有成本较低、操作简单、效率高、受欢迎、亚组差异小等优势,已成为一种有效而备受青睐的人力资源测评方法。相比其在国外的蓬勃发展之势,国内关于情境判断测验的研究与应用依旧非常缺乏。为推动情境判断测验在我国人力资源管理中的应用,本文在梳理国内外最新研究和应用成果的基础上,首先介绍了情境判断测验的概念与内涵、发展脉络与现状和理论基础,然后总结归纳了情境判断测验的测评内容与开发过程,并据此提出情境判断测验在人才选拔、培训开发、团队工作三个方面的具体应用和注意事项,最后对情境判断测验未来的研究和应用方向进行展望。

Abstract:Situational judgment test is a multiconstruct and low-fidelity situation simulation technology. It is designed to evaluate KSAO related to job performance. Because of the advantages of lower cost, operation convenience, high efficiency, popularity, and small subgroup differences, it has become an effective and favored method of human resource assessment. Compared with the vigorous development of situational judgment test in foreign countries, the research and application of such method in China are still very scarce. In order to promote the application of situational judgment test in human resource management, the present paper reviews the latest research and application achievements at home and abroad. First, it introduces the concept and connotation, development process and current status as well as the theoretical foundations. Second, it summarizes the assessment content and development process of situational judgment test, and describes how to apply such method in areas of employee selection, training and development and team work. Finally, the future directions of both research and application are discussed.
