摘    要:虽然文化价值观研究最初是基于国家层次的调查,但越来越多的证据表明,不同个体所持有的文化价值倾向存在更大的差异。作为个体文化价值倾向之一,权力距离倾向起源于Hofstede(1980)的民族文化理论框架,反映了个体对权力在不同地位的人之间不平等分配的接受程度,与组织管理问题密切相关,近年来得到了越来越多的研究关注。基于组织管理领域的相关研究,本文针对个体持有的权力距离倾向,阐明了概念内涵和形成途径,梳理了权力距离倾向的常用测量工具,归纳了其主效应和交互效应。未来研究可以进一步检验个体权力距离倾向的影响机制与作用边界,深入探讨上下级之间权力距离倾向的相互影响与纵向发展。

Abstract:Although cultural value research originated from cross-cultural framework, increasing evidence indicated that individually held cultural value orientations have more theoretical and practical significance than countrylevel cultural differences. Stemming from the national cultural work of Hofstede(1980), power distance orientation refers to the extent to which an individual accepts the unequal distribution of power in institutions and organizations, closely related to organizational issues. Reviewing research in organization and management, this paper clarified the concept, measurement, and outcomes of power distance orientation. Future research may examine the impact mechanism and boundary of power distance orientation, and explore the mutual influence and dynamic development of power distance orientation between supervisors and subordinates.
