浅谈高校二级学院办公室工作的管理艺术

二级学院办公室是高校最基层的管理机构,其管理工作是多层次、全方位、综合性的。笔者提出,在高等学校这样一个具有独特文化气息的环境中,办公室管理工作要讲究管理艺术,文章从管理艺术概念的理解入手,多角度地对办公室的管理艺术进行了探讨。
