摘    要:随着我国经济改革的深入,流通体制也发生了重大的变化,连锁经营作为一种有效的业态形式发展迅速.湖南本土连锁商业企业在面临着国内外大型连锁企业竞争压力的形势下,选择县域市场作为目标市场是一个有效的手段.而在开拓县域市场过程中,如何选址则是湖南本土连锁商业企业必须要解决的问题,基于此,文章分析了湖南本土连锁商业企业开拓县域市场的必要性、影响因素及从地区、商圈、具体店址三个不同层面探讨其选址的策略.

Abstract:With the deepening of economic reform,great changes have taken place in circulation system and franchise management develops quickly as an effective trade form.Under the great pressure of fierce competition from both at home and abroad,the counties become an ideal target market for franchise business.The site investigation matters greatly in the course of expansion,therefore,this paper analyzes the necessity,influencing factors from three levels namely region,central business district and concrete business site.
