金融危机对中国-东盟自由贸易区产生了深远影响,后危机时代中国-东盟自由贸易区机遇与挑战并存,既有国际贸易环境得到改善、双方共同抵御贸易保护、东亚区域合作加强等利好方面,也存在着中国威胁论、双方竞争加剧以及贸易风险加大等不利因素。我国要抓住合作机遇,优化产业结构,推动人民币区域化进程,实现双方的互利共赢。

On Opportunities and Challenges for CAFTA in Post-crisis Era

Financial crisis has had a profound impact on CAFTA.In post-crisis era,there are both opportunities and challenges for CAFTA.There are positive aspects such as improvment of international trade environment,working together to resist trade protection,strengthening regional cooperation in East Asia,and also downsides such as China Threat,intensifying bilateral competition and increasing the risk of trade.We should seize the opportunities for cooperation,optimize the industrial structure,promote RMB regionalization process to achieve mutually beneficial and win-win.
