新兴技术企业跨界创新实现机制研究——基于智轨快运系统案例分析

新兴技术的重大突破和发展，极大地促进了不同技术间跨界融合和不同企业间跨界合作，使得创新网络结构现有特征改变，进而加速了新兴技术的跨界创新。以智轨快运系统为研究对象，探究新兴技术企业实现跨界创新的行为作用机制，分析跨界创新网络特征及其背后的演化逻辑。研究发现，新兴技术企业的跨界行为改变其网络结构与关系嵌入，进而促进跨界创新实现。在此过程中，新兴技术企业通过技术跨界行为构建技术网络，促进不同技术融合，推动技术跨界创新实现；通过市场跨界行为形成市场网络，促进技术与市场融合，助力市场跨界创新实现；通过推动技术网络与市场网络协同发展，不断进行跨界创新的价值创造，增强跨界创新的可持续性。该研究丰富与完善了新兴技术跨界创新理论，为新兴技术企业实现可持续创新发展提供实践启示。

Research on the Realization Mechanism of Cross-Border Innovation of Emerging Technology Enterprises: Case Study Based on ART

The major breakthroughs and development of emerging technologies greatly promote cross-border integration among different technologies and cross-border cooperation among different enterprises, which makes the existing characteristics of innovation network structure change and thus accelerates cross-border innovation of emerging technologies. This paper takes ART Express System as the research object to explore the behavioral role mechanism of emerging technology enterprises to realize cross-border innovation and analyze the characteristics of cross-border innovation network and the evolutionary logic behind it. It is found that the cross-border behavior of emerging technology enterprises changes their network structure and relationship embedding, which in turn promotes the realization of cross-border innovation. In this process, emerging technology enterprises build technology networks through technology cross-border behaviors, promote the integration of different technologies, and facilitate the realization of technology cross-border innovation; they form market networks through market cross-border behaviors, promote the integration of technology and market, and facilitate the realization of market cross-border innovation; they continuously create the value of cross-border innovation by promoting the synergistic development of technology networks and market networks, and enhance the sustainability of cross-border innovation. This paper enriches and improves the theory of cross-border innovation in emerging technologies, and provides practical insights for emerging technology enterprises to achieve sustainable innovation development.
