| 摘 要： | 自主治理理论的产生源于集体行动理论的局限。自主治理理论强调政府、社会和市场三者之间的互动，寻求的是一种通过调动各种力量和资源达到“善治”的社会体制。本文对当代公共选择学派和公共经济学的代表人物埃利诺．奥斯物罗姆的自主治理理论作了简要介绍，并讨论了该理论对于集体行动理论的影响以及这一理论的局限性。

| Abstract: | The limitation of collective action theory is the motive of self-governance theory, it emphasizes the interaction among government, society, and market, aims to the good governance social system through using various resources. This paper introduces Ostrom's self-governance theory, who is an important scholar in public choice and public economy; and then, discusses its effects on collective action theory and its limitation. |
