| 摘 要： | 增强对农村务工人员的培训是当前有效推进农村剩余劳动力转移的重要手段。农村务工人员进城打工。遇到的普遍问题之一就是文化程度偏低，缺乏专业的打工技能。加强对农村剩余劳动力的培训意义重大。为此需要从加强培训与就业结合、加强培训——输出——维权一条龙服务等方面做好对陕西农村剩余劳动力的培训工作。 |

| Abstract: | To strengthen training is an important means to push forward village surplus labor force transfer .The common problem is to lack in culture and lack of professionally technical ability. It makes sense to enhance training surplus labor force.Therefore,there is need to enhance combining training and employment, enhance service in training and protect fights. |
