建筑工程质量通病的影响因素分析

建筑工程质量通病是指建筑工程中经常发生的、普遍存在的一些工程质量问题。由于面广量大,因此对工程质量危害较大,由于普遍存在所以不容易引起广泛重视要治理质量通病,必须分析产生质量通病的原因,一般来说和设计、材料、施工、使用维护等有关,有些通病是上述四个原因之一引起的,也有的是几个因素综合影响的结果。
