论服务意识在科研管理中的作用

高等学校要提升自主研发能力,充分发挥其在国家创新体系中的作用,就必须建立一套切实有效的科研管理运行机制,全方位地调动科研人员积极性。结合天津理工大学科技管理人员在科研项目申报、中期管理和结题等实践经验,探讨科研管理人员如何增强管理服务意识,努力为科研教师做好服务,不断提高教师科研工作水平,促进学校的学科建设,提高办学层次。

Function of Service Consciousness in the Project Management of Scientific Research

Universities should build a set of efficient mechanism for the project management of scientific research,and motivate the enthusiasm of researchers in order to enhance the ability of independent researching, and play its function in national innovation institution.Based on the practical management experience in each step of project management in Tianjin University of Technology,including application,mid-term supervision and ultimate estimation,this study makes the discussion on how to improve the service consciousness of manager,offer better service for researcher,promote scientific research and accomplish the specialty establishment.
