江泽民人才思想初探

The Study of Jiang Ze- Min'S Thoughts About Talents

Jiang ze-min points out that talents are the most important resource for the progress of science and technology and the social economy development.That is to say,the successive development of science and economy for a country depends on knowledge and talents.This study focuses on the Jiang's core thoughts about talents from four parts: 1) the development of the Jiang's thoughts about talents;2) the talents' statue and function in the stratagem of rejuvenating the nation by science and education;3) the standard of cultivating talents on a new condition;4) the selection and use of talents.This study is designed to provide some academic reference for the construction and management of socialistic talent ranks in the new era.
