| 摘 要： | 近年来,宁波饭店业呈数量化、国际化发展趋势,而知识型员工流失现象却日益严重,饭店管理专业人才培养呈现盲目性、短期性、滞后性特点。宁波职业技术学院和南苑集团、香港理工大学三方联动,共同构建高素质、国际化、可持续性创新人才培养模式,为行业企业输送国际化水平的可持续性专业人才。
