| 摘 要： | 在分析水能资产概念的界定和水能资产的特征基础上,重点对建设地点、水库特征参数、水库的开发目标、水资源需求的变化、水文径流特征参数、水电站特征参数、发电成本、现行能源市场供求状况、电力政策、发电形式、评估基准日、评估的目的等12个主要因素对水能价值大小的影响进行定性分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition and characteristics of hydropower assets,a qualitative analysis is made to the effect of some influencing factors on magnitude of hydropower value.The factors are as follows: site of construction,characteristic parameters of reservoir,development aim of reservoir,change of water resources demand,characteristic parameters of hydrological runoffs,characteristic parameters of hydropower plants,generating cost,supply and demand of current energy market,policy of electric power,generating modes,reference day of evaluation and aim of evaluation,etc. |
