稀土元素的化验测试方法研究

摘    要:文章研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定15稀土元素的化验测试方法,确定了合适的谱线和仪器工作条件,探讨了上柱溶液酸度、洗脱液酸度和洗脱液用量对稀土元素测定值影响,确定了最佳的上柱溶液酸度为0.677 mol/L;最佳的洗脱液酸度为3.5 mol/L;最佳的洗脱液用量为150~200 mL。并进行了稀土标准样品的定值试验和样品的外检比对试验,均取得满意的结果,该方法结果准确,能够满足稀土样品的检测要求。

Abstract:This paper studied the method of simultaneous testing 15 rare earth elements by icp-aes method,the suitable working conditions for spectral lines and instrument and the effect of the concentration of solution on the column,concentration and dosages of eluent on the measured value of rare earth elements.Then the optimal concentration of the solution on the column and eluent was 0.677mol/L,3.5 mol/L,the optimal dosage of eluent was 150mL~200 mL.At last,the results of the definite value test of rare earth standard sample and the inspection comparison test of samples were satisfied,which shows that the method is accurate and able to meet the testing requirements of rare earth samples.
