刍议建筑中绿色建筑增量成本可视化设计与应用

国家经济不断发展过程中,其对建筑建设行业也提出了较高要求,在建筑行业中提出了绿色理念,提倡以绿色建筑为准,从而达到节约能源、保护建筑周围环境的目的。然而目前,在建筑行业中,由于一些建筑企业对绿色建筑的认知度较低,只注重建筑所在地段与价格,导致开发企业开发绿色建筑无法产生较好的回报,从而不利于绿色建筑增量成本的发展。因此,文章将重点分析如何进行可视化设计,从而促进绿色建筑行业的发展。

On the Visual Design and Application of Green Building Incremental Cost in Architecture

During the continuous development of the national economy,it also puts forward higher requirements for the construction industry.It proposes green concepts in the construction industry and advocates green buildings as the standard,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and protecting the surrounding environment of buildings.However,at present,in the construction industry,due to the low awareness of green buildings by some construction companies,they only focus on the location and price of the building.As a result,development companies cannot generate good returns for developing green buildings,which is not conducive to incremental cost development of green buildings.Therefore,the article focuses on how to conduct visual design to promote the development of the green building industry.
