中山市城市设计管理制度建设初探

近几年,国家愈来愈重视城市设计作为塑造城市特色风貌和提高城镇建设精品化水平的凸出作用,出台《城市设计管理办法》,建立起城市设计制度的纲领。本文主要以问题为导向,聚焦中山市城市设计管理特点及问题,研究借鉴国内其他省市的经验,全面梳理总结中山市城市设计管理体系建设的初步探索和实践经验。

On the Construction of Urban Design Management System in Zhongshan City

In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to urban design as a prominent role in shaping the city’s characteristics and improving the quality level of urban construction. This paper focuses on the characteristics and problems of urban design management in Zhongshan City, studies the experience of other provinces and cities in China, and comprehensively summarizes the preliminary exploration and practical experience of urban design management system construction in Zhongshan City.
