路基冻胀的地源热泵装置的设计与试验分析

摘    要:为有效应对冻土区路基冻胀范围较宽广的现实问题,需要对传统防冻措施加以改进,对路基工程、供热工程学科予以综合分析后,作出将地源热泵技术用于路基工程建设领域中的提议。规划设计了专用型地源热泵装置,该装置具有独立的制热单元。对供热试验进行分析,发现该装置的供热温度高于50℃,集热温度低于-8℃,有效供热半径大于1.41m。设计出的地源热泵装置用于路基冻胀领域中,表现出较明显的优越性,值得推广。

Abstract:In order to effectively deal with the wide range of subgrade frost heave in permafrost area,it is necessary to improve the traditional anti-freezing measures.Based on the comprehensive analysis of subgrade engineering and heating engineering,it is proposed to use the ground source heat pump technology in the field of subgrade engineering construction.A special ground source heat pump is designed,which has an independent heating unit.It is found that the heating temperature of the device is higher than 50℃,the collecting temperature is lower than-8℃,and the effective heating radius is greater than 1.41m.The designed ground source heat pump device has obvious advantages in the field of subgrade frost heave and is worth popularizing.
