乡镇卫生院档案标准化管理刍议

档案标准化管理是实现乡镇卫生院现代化管理的必由之路。本文分析了当前乡镇卫生院档案管理存在的问题,并提出了四点建议措施,即一、树立档案标准化管理意识;二、构建档案标准化管理机制;三、推进档案管理信息化建设;四、重视档案管理专业人才培养。对推进我国乡镇卫生院档案标准化管理建设有一定参考价值。

Discussion on the Standardization Management of Files in Township Hospitals

Standardized file management is the only way to realize the modernization management of township hospitals.This article analyzes the current problems in the file management of township hospitals,and puts forward four recommended measures,namely,establishing a file standardization management awareness,building a file standardization management mechanism,promoting the file management informatization construction,and paying attention to training of professionals in file management.It has certain reference value to promote the standardization management of files in township hospitals in China.
