基于全寿命周期的绿色建筑增量成本与效益研究

摘    要:本文运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法,依据《绿色建筑评价标准》对建设绿色建筑的增量成本和增量效益进行详细分析;引入价值工程,建立增量成本效益评价模型;运用具体案例进行模型评估。证明了从全寿命周期考虑,绿色建筑的增量效益远大于增量成本,具有经济可行性。从而促进绿色建筑在全国范围内发展与普及、为我国的生态文明建设做出贡献。

Abstract:In this paper, the research method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis is used to analyze the incremental cost and incremental benefit of building green buildings in detail according to the "Green Building Evaluation Standard". Value engineering is introduced to establish the incremental cost-benefit evaluation model, and specific cases are used to evaluate the model. It proves that the incremental benefit of green building is far greater than the incremental cost in terms of the whole life cycle, which is economically feasible, so as to promote the development and popularization of green buildings in the whole country and make contributions to the construction of ecological civilization in China.
