新能源汽车整车控制器的改进设计与应用研究

摘    要:邯郸市陆续完成了1200余台次车用能源的转换任务,在主城区内已全部实现了纯电动化运营。公交车维修团队历经三年多的运行实践,实现了同一款整车控制器硬件平台兼容12V和24V整车电气系统的重大突破。开发的新系统架构安全可靠,具有电源电压等级的智能识别和自适应能力,控制器全部端口具有防滥用智能保护功能。

Abstract:Handan City has successively completed the conversion task of more than 1,200 sub-vehicle energy sources,and has fully realized pure electric operation in the main urban area.After more than three years of operation practice,the bus maintenance team has achieved a major breakthrough in the compatibility of 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems in the same vehicle controller hardware platform.The new system architecture developed is safe and reliable,has intelligent identification and self-adaptive ability of power supply voltage level,and all ports of the controller have anti-abuse intelligent protection function.
