摘    要:
FPSO是集生产、储油、卸油为一体的海上浮式平台,含有复杂的油气处理功能模块,各模块通过复杂的管路系统连接,而电伴热根据工艺需要可实现对管路的温度维持和加热功能,从而保证油气处理系统的正常运行。在管线电伴热施工过程中,经常遇到因施工原因导致电伴热带损坏的问题,因电伴热外面含保温层,故障点不可见,给现场伴热带故障排查造成很大的困难。针对这一问题,本文通过分析伴热带施工断点出现的原因,理论计算断点位置以锁定可能的断点区域,研究有效的电伴热施工断点检测方法,用以指导现场施工排查故障。

Abstract:
FPSO is an offshore floating platform that integrates production,oil storage,and oil unloading.It contains complex oil and gas processing functional modules.Each module is connected through a complex pipeline system,and the electric heat tracing can realize the temperature maintenance and heating function of the pipeline according to the process requirements.During the construction of pipeline electric heat tracing,it is often encountered that the electric heating cable is damaged due to construction reasons.Because the electric heating cable contains an insulation layer,the fault point is not visible,which makes it very difficult to troubleshoot the on-site heating cable.In response to this problem,this paper analyzes the causes of construction breakpoints in heating cables,theoretically calculates the location of breakpoints to lock in possible breakpoint areas,and researches effective detection methods for electrical heating trace breakpoints,to guide on-site construction troubleshooting.
