| 摘 要： | 数字经济的蓬勃发展为科技成果转化带来了新机遇。通过分析科技成果转化现存的主要问题,本文研究了数字经济如何解决科技成果转化中存在的项目过程管理问题、科技中介机构问题、信息不对称以及中游融资问题,帮助建立科技成果供需双方的沟通渠道,实现科研资金的优化配置,提高科技成果转化的成功率。最后针对科技成果提供者、科技中介机构及政府支持三方面提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | The booming digital economy has provided new opportunities for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.However,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is influenced by various factors.Thus,this study examines how the digital economy can solve such factors,including project process management problems,scientific and technological intermediary institutions,information asymmetry,and midstream financing problems,which hinder the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In this way,the optimal allocation of scientific research funds can be achieved,and the success rate of scientific and technological achievements can be improved.Countermeasures and suggestions for scientific and technological achievement providers,scientific and technological intermediaries,and policymakers are put forward. |
