| 摘 要： | 当前,农村经济发展滞后问题已引起社会关注,而实现农业增产、农民增收的关键在于通过农业科技创新提高农业劳动生产率,带动农村经济发展,实现农村产业结构升级.在阐述中国农业经济发展现状的基础上,提出农业科技创新的紧迫性,深入分析影响农业科技创新的因素,在生产手段、生产技术的现代化和农业科技创新体系建设方面,提出农业科技创新应采取的措施.
