| 摘 要： | 通过城镇土地定级、能够揭示城镇土地质量差异，对城镇土地的有偿使用及合理利用等具有重要意义，本文在介绍城镇土地定级工作程序及方法的基础上，对基于MapInfo的城镇土地定级信息系统的数据组织，系统组成及功能等方面进行了阐述，并对该系统的应用前景作了展望。
