| Abstract: | From the angle of contractors,some methods and suggestions are put forward with regard to three aspects of project management: management of project department,management of machine units,fine management of staff positions.It is suggested to strengthen fine management of projects and construct the quality culture of enterprises.Meanwhile,it is presented that enterprises should take humans as the emphasis,and show concerns on the details of construction so as to reduce the cost and raise the benefits. |
