The Study of the Issue of Vacant Commercial Housing |

| Abstract: | The issue of vacant commercial housing is very serious at present and need to be solved as soon as possible. The following four aspects of reasons contribute to this situation: investment scale price, research and consumer psychology. It ought to be solved by innovating house building, finance intervening and management patterns. |
