| 摘 要： | 我国十多年投资基金的发展过程就是封闭式基金的发展历程，近来首批开放式基金登台亮相，笔通过对开放式样基金的特点，发展开放式基金的现实条件的分析，说明开放式基金是我国投资基金的发展方向。并分析发展开放式基金所面临的问题及对策。

| Abstract: | The more than a decade's development of investment fund in China is indeed the developing process of closed-end fund,but,in recent years,the first group of open-end funds appeared in China.Stating on features of open-end fund and the practical condition for its development,the paper holds that the open-end fund Stands for the direction of the development of investment fund in China.Still the paper states on problems emerging in the development open-end fund and corresponding countermeasures. |
