| 摘 要： | B2B模式电子商务在世界范围内发展快速,但在我国物流配送的落后已经成为B2B发展的瓶颈。为了促进我国B2B电子商务的发展,本文结合我国实际情况,深入研究了第四方物流作为B2B物流配送的基础,并提出了B2B模式下第四方物流的运作体系结构,最后对第四方物流在我国的发展提出了一些可行的对策。
