| 摘 要： | 本文在概述我国水果出口特征的基础上,重点运用经济计量回归模型探讨了SPS措施以及其他因素对我国水果出口的影响.结果表明国际范围内正在广泛实施的SPS措施对我国水果出口产生了明显的制约作用.主要是因为世界各国尤其是发达国家对水果的农药、化肥残留的标准以及病虫害控制越来越严格,检测手段越来越先进和复杂.解决的措施是全面提高水果品质,积极取得国际质量体系的认证.加强国际水果检验检疫措施信息的收集.是扩大我国水果出口的关键所在.

| Abstract: | This essay summarized the characteristics of the fruit export, with which we discussed the affections of the SPS to Chinese fruit export with an econometric regression model. We found that the world abroad use of the SPS has obvious restricting effects to Chinese fruit export.
