| 摘 要： | 自从台湾地方政府在上世纪90年代初开放民营商业银行设立的限制以来,民营银行业在激烈的市场竞争中步履维艰,经营状况极不理想。本文从当前台湾新银行面临的困境入手,在分析造成这种局面的主客观原因后,从中得出对大陆金融自由化的若干启示。

| Abstract: | The Taiwan local government opened the private-run banks at the beginning of 1990s,the private-run banks have wailing with difficulty in the drastic market competition,and their management status is not ideal.On the base of the difficulties that the Taiwan new banks face,the authors analyze many reasons,and educe some revelations for the mainland finance freedom change. |
