| 摘 要： | 以河北省为例，从依法行政的角度研究征信业监管的具体做法及面临问题，建议完善征信相关实施细则，建立非现场监测与现场监管框架体系，构建征信监督检查指引，建立责任追究机制，进一步加强征信监管。
