| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国风电发展的概况，针对风电的不可预测性和间歇性特点，从我国风电产业、规划方式、调度调峰、财税政策、联网运行、风资源调查、其他电源为风电调峰等问题入手，分析了我国风电发展存在的问题，提出了我国风电在进一步开发中应采取的解决方案和措施建议，对实现我国风电的可持续快速发展、保障风力发电系统和公共电网安全稳定以及提高运行可靠性具有重要意义。
