| Abstract: | The snide researches on the key of management innovation knowledge management in the era of knowledge economy. After analyzing the inner requirements of implementing knowledge management in Chinese enterprises, the writer studies the necessity of strengthening knowledge management in Chinese enterprises. In the end some problems to which need to pay more attention about strengthening knowledge management in Chinese enterprises are put forward as well. |
