Analytic Comment on the Characteristics of the DPP's Policies for Cross-Straits Trade

Since the Taiwan DPP took its power in 2000, it has been obstinately adhering to its position of "Taiwan Independence", making any attempt to interfere the normal economic transactions across the Straits. It has proposed the "Global Position"strategy to curb the economic augment across the Straits and set up the "Active Open-up and Effective Management "policy to obstruct the cross-straits direct "Three-Links", thus preventing Taiwan businessmen from investing in China's mainland.
