| 摘 要： | 国际服务外包的发展成为服务贸易发展的新趋势。它在给中国发展国际服务外包带来了机遇的同时也提出了挑战。为此本文提出政府应该加以重视,统筹规划,培养有竞争优势的外包基地,加快人才培养和完善法律法规等策略。

| Abstract: | The development of International service outsourcing has been a new tendency of service trade.The fierce competition in the market of managed service outsourcing brings valuable opportunities as well as grim challenges.So we suggest that the government should take seriously additionally, cultivate the service outsourcing base for competitive advantage, accelerate the talented person culture and perfect laws and statutes . |
